Standard Home Watch Visit
Home Watch includes but not limited to:
- Perimeter/ Interior check for damage (windows, screen porch etc.) and vandalism
- Run water through all sinks, drains, showers
- Run garbage disposal
- Flush all toilets
- Check for leaking pipes and water damage
- Visually check for signs of mold
- Check for any odors in home
- Visually check for pest activity
- AC thermostat/ AC filter check
- Ensure thermostat and humidity are correctly set
- Fridge and freezer are turned on and working
- Basic visual check of pool/spa
- Check interior and exterior lightbulbs
- Check fans are operational
- General landscaping checked for appearance
- Post storm inspections for damage
- Check breaker box for any tripped breakers
- Remove newspapers, flyers, and debris

Home Watch Reporting
All home watch visits are GPS monitored and an electronic report will be documented and accessible upon completion of each visit using QRIDit Home Watch reporting software.
A.H.C.S, along with the National Home Watch Association, highly recommends weekly visits to monitor and detect potential problems. Pricing is unique to each property. Please call us at 941-615-8474 to gather information about home watch and any questions you may have.
Storm Preparation
- Annual hurricane shutter inspection
- Install hurricane shutters (single story homes only)
- Remove and put away hurricane shutters
- Secure outdoor furniture/ plants, etc.
- Post-storm inspection for damage, provide report to resident
Concierge Services
- Meet, coordinate, and oversee vendors: A.H.C.S will meet with and manage vendors when needed at your home, allowing you to be absent and enjoy your day with peace of mind.
- Rental check in and walk through before and after rental periods
- Open and prepare home for owners or guests
- Close and visually inspect property after owners or guest leave
- Move management: A.H.C.S will meet and escort moving company to your home. A.H.C.S will manage moving company if you are unable to be present.
Automotive Services
- Automotive Transportation Coordination: If you are looking to have a vehicle transported, A.H.C.S will coordinate the distribution of your vehicle by a reputable transportation company
